HELP!  I don't know what size to buy!

No problem!  Generally speaking, small fits sizes 2-4, medium fits sizes 6-8, and large fits sizes 10-12, 1X fits sizes 14-16, 2X fits sizes 18-20, and 3X fits sizes 22-24.  Each product listing also has the size the model wears and whether it is true to size, runs small, or runs large.  We also publish our model stats - click the link at the bottom of this page!  

I need to return something.  How does this work?

All items are returned for store credit only within 30 days of purchase, aside from a few exceptions that are final sale.  If you're local to us, you can bring it into the shop during our working business hours.  Otherwise, please follow the return process here: https://www.sweetleesboutique.com/pages/returns  

Can I exchange my item instead of going through the return process?

Unfortunately, no.  Our styles come in limited quantities and oftentimes sell out really quickly!  We cannot guarantee we'll have your size.  Please follow the return process above.

I removed the tags - can I still return it?

No, we're sorry.  We cannot accept returns that have been washed or have the tags removed.  Please try on and inspect any item prior to removing the tags.

How much is shipping?

It's a flat $4 rate for all residents of the US and FREE for orders over $50.  Otherwise, there is a flat rate of $20 for each international order.

What is your shipping time frame?

We strive to get all orders out in 1-2 business days.  After a special sale or promotion, that time may increase to 2-4 business days.

I bought something, but I don't like it and I can't return it.  Now what?
